Quadrangle Development Corporation and The Wilkes Company have started construction on The Lydian, a 324-unit luxury apartment building at 400 K Street, NW in the heart of Mount Vernon Triangle and adjacent to another Quadrangle/Wilkes K Street apartment development, Lyric 440K.
