Michelle Van Newkirk
St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development and management company headquartered in Baltimore, has promoted Michelle Van Newkirk to Director of Contracts. Formerly Contract Specialist, Ms. Van Newkirk has worked for the company since 2006.
Ms. Van Newkirk will continue to support the company’s acquisitions department with the drafting and implementation of transactional documents related to the acquisition or sale of land holdings.

Ms. Van Newkirk earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in Legal Studies, from University of Maryland University College.
