Rob Wall
Rob Wall, President of Perceptix, LLC, has been named to the Board of Directors of The Arc Baltimore. Wall, whose firm provides strategic advice and engineering support to a broad range of public and private sector clients, was elected to The Arc Baltimore Board during the organization’s recent Annual Meeting.
“Robert’s high-impact leadership and senior staff experience, coupled with his diverse background as a published author, an accomplished speaker, and the leader of cross-functional, mission-critical programs and teams, will be a tremendous asset to The Arc,” says The Arc Baltimore Executive Director Stephen H. Morgan.
This coming fall, Wall will also be launching a new non-profit tech startup, Community Enabled, which will centralize information on hundreds of organizations nationwide that support the social lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Enhancing connections between organizations and those they support, the Community Enabled app will increase visibility of ongoing events nationwide, giving people with disabilities an easy way to get involved in the activities that interest them.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, Wall spearheads development and marketing of commercial and defense technologies, integration and delivery of hardware and software solutions to military and government agencies, and oversight of rapid R&D, acquisitions, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
Wall, who continues to advise organizations in the national security community on long-term acquisition planning, innovation, and technology transfer, is also a Founding Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. In this capacity, he advises startup companies on technology positioning and growth strategy and assists in the discovery and sourcing of portfolio investments.
