Stationery products company relocating from Rosedale section of Baltimore County
Notes & Queries has signed a lease with Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC for 12,500 square feet of space within 1405 Tangier Drive in the Baltimore Crossroads @95 business community near White Marsh in Baltimore County. The company is relocating from the Rosedale area of the county and expects to take occupancy of the new space in June. Scott Skogmo, SIOR and Ed Brady of Chesapeake Real Estate Group represented the landlord and Mike Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.
Notes & Queries markets a full range of stationery products including greeting cards, boxed notes and journals, as well as gift wrap and bags from the European and international markets. The location will be utilized for the corporate headquarters of the company, which includes warehousing and logistics operations.
1405 Tangier Drive is a 77,000 square foot Class “A” industrial building featuring 24 foot clear ceiling heights. The project is situated within immediate proximity to MD Route 43 and is less than three miles from Interstate 95, approximately 12 miles from the Port of Baltimore and 22 miles from Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
