Hill Management Services, Inc.completed nearly 35,000 square feet of leasing at Ballenger Commerce Center. S-L Distribution Company renewed its lease for 15,400 square feet of space at Ballenger Commerce Center III,Premier Commercial Flooring signed a lease for 10,800 square feet of space at Ballenger Commerce Center II and Goodman Distribution, Inc. expanded its lease by 9,150 square feet of space and now leases 27,150 square feet at Ballenger Commerce Center II. Danielle Beyrodt of Hill Management Services negotiated the leases on behalf of Hill Management Services.
Ballenger Commerce Center II is a two-building office/warehouse project containing approximately 130,000 square feet of space. Ballenger Commerce Center III is a 51,000 square foot office/warehouse building. Both are located in Frederick, Maryland and situated within close proximity to MD Route 85 and Interstate 270.
Goodman Distribution, a member of Houston-based Goodman Global Group, is a manufacturer of heating, ventilating and air conditioning products for residential and light commercial use.
