A partnership with Green Spring Racquet Club
acac Fitness & Wellness Centers officially opened the doors of a new health club location in Lutherville, MD today. The new club is located inside the Green Spring Racquet Club, at 10803 Falls Road.
acac Green Spring offers current members cardio, free weights, stretching, personal training, and a full schedule of group exercise classes, including cycle, BodyPump, Zumba, yoga, pilates and barre. (see schedule here) In addition, acac members will have access to the amenities of the Green Spring Racquet Club, including racquet sports and a café. acac's Physician Referred Exercise Program (p.r.e.p.®) will feature prominently in the club, and stand-alone memberships will also be offered.
“With the opening of this facility, we are now able to provide members an additional location and resource to help them reach their wellness and fitness goals,” said acac owner, Phil Wendel. “Our mission is to help each member ‘live their best’ by engaging them in programs and activities that are a good fit for their needs."
acac invites the public to their Open House event on Thursday, June 23 from 5:00am – 9:00pm. Come tour the facility and enjoy refreshments, raffles and giveaways, including the chance to win a free year membership.
