Marketers of Anthem House are actively courting shops and restaurants to fill the 15k SF retail space at the $100M luxury Locust Point apartment complex. And the nearby sister residential project will house a neighborhood restaurant in the former home of Big Matty’s Diner.
The 282-unit apartment complex at the intersection of Lawrence Street and East Fort Avenue will house an infinity pool, a fitness center and a one-acre rooftop park. The Bozzuto Group has teamed up with Scott Plank’s War Horse and Solstice Partners on the residential project, which will top out this month and wrap up construction spring 2017.
