Company now leases more than 72,000 square feet of space at 1409 Tangier Drive at Baltimore Crossroads
BGE Home Products & Services has expanded its lease with Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC by approximately 16,600 square feet of space within 1409 Tangier Road in the Baltimore Crossroads @95 business community near White Marsh in Baltimore County. The company, which initially signed a 55,700 square foot lease in 2007, will now occupy more than 72,000 square feet of space when the expansion takes effect this fall. Scott Skogmo and Ed Brady of Chesapeake Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
BGE Home Products & Services provides a full array of heating, ventilating and air conditioning products, repairs and services to both businesses and residential consumers. This includes general home improvement services, as well as the replacement and repair of water heaters, plumbing, electrical systems and generators. The White March location serves as the company’s office headquarters and warehouse operations.
1409 Tangier Road is a 99,000 square foot Class “A” industrial building featuring 24 foot clear ceiling heights. The project is situated within immediate proximity to MD Route 43 and is less than three miles from Interstate 95, approximately 12 miles from the Port of Baltimore and 22 miles from Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
