Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Robert Garner as the new branch vice president of the company’s Roland Park office, where he will lead over 100 independent sales associates. Garner brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate.
Garner began his career as a sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the firm's Columbia office in 2006. He has achieved extensive recognition for his performance in real estate, being named among the Top 100 Real Estate Agents in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mid-Atlantic Region for six consecutive years. Looking for a new challenge, Garner joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2006, forming The Robert Garner Team with his wife, Denise. Combining the talents of two successful careers in sales and marketing, the team achieved recognition in the International Coldwell Banker President’s Circle.
After attending the University of Maryland College Park, Garner then moved on to the automotive sales industry where he built a successful career over 20 years. While serving in sales and in various leadership roles in the auto industry, Garner refined his skills in management, sales and marketing. His campaigns to increase customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and customer referrals have transferred successfully to his career in real estate.
