Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Lynn Mauk as the new branch vice president of the company’s Ocean City, 104th office. Mauk brings over 32 years of real estate experience and 27 years of management experience.

Originally from the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area, Mauk’s career in real estate began with a property management company in 1973. In 1984, she became a licensed REALTOR and received her Maryland Real Estate Brokers License in 1989. Formerly with the O’Connor, Piper & Flynn BWI Office she has been involved in the growth of Coldwell Banker for over 20 years.

Mauk holds an active license in both commercial and residential real estate. Much of her work in real estate has been devoted to the management of independent sales associates growing successful businesses. Mauk looks forward to partnering with the agents at the Ocean City 104th office.
