Scheer Partners Represents WashReit on Industrial Lease Transaction

Scheer Partners represented Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WashReit) in a recent industrial lease transaction at the Randolph Shopping Center located at 12241 Randolph Road, Rockville, Maryland.  

Marek Rich, Senior Vice President, and Aaron Gambini, Assistant Vice President, represented the Landlord, WashReit, in the leasing transaction of just under 10,000 SF with SOLDIERFIT.   Adam Schindler, Senior Vice President of Serten Advisors, brought SOLDIERFIT to the building.  

This corporate expansion represents a strategic growth initiative by SOLDIERFIT, who anticipates opening their doors this summer.
