Teriyaki Madness, a fast-casual restaurant with locations around the country, has opened a new location at Valley Village, a mixed-use retail and office project situated on 9199 Reisterstown Road in the Owings Mills section of Baltimore County. The complex features approximately 48,000 square feet of retail space, combined with 55,000 square feet of office space and is managed by David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD.

This site represents the inaugural location for Teriyaki Madness in the Maryland region, with the next closest site in Northern Virginia. Menu options include bowl items featuring noodles and vegetables, with the choice of either chicken teriyaki, spicy chicken teriyaki, chicken breast or beef teriyaki. The restaurant also offers combination plates and kids items. According to reports, Teriyaki Madness is referred as the “Chipotle of Japanese food.”
Featuring roadside visibility from Reisterstown Road, Valley Village combines Class “A” commercial office space on two levels, with ground-level retail space. The project is surrounded by a free surface parking lot and is located approximately one-mile north from the Baltimore Beltway (Interstate 695).
More than 40,000 vehicles pass Valley Village on a daily basis from Reisterstown Road, and the median household income within a one-mile radius exceeds $75,000.
