Edge, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, has been selected to provide comprehensive property management and engineering services to two industrial properties located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The assets are 12300 Carroll Avenue, a warehouse building situated in Rockville and 12006 Plum Orchard Drive, a warehouse/retail building located in White Oak. Christina Martin, Director of Property Management will oversee the property management team and Shaun Comer, Director of Engineering will direct the facilities and engineering team for both requirements.
Both assets were acquired by HRC Carroll LLC in recent weeks with the Edge Capital Markets team led by Joe Friedman and Will Kostrzewsky representing the seller and procuring the buyer in both transactions. 12300 Carroll Avenue is a 22,000 square foot building that is presently 87% leased to three tenants and 12006 Plum Orchard Drive is a 30,700 square foot building that is currently 100% leased and occupied.
