ClearOne Advantage, a rapidly growing debt settlement and financial education company, announced Melisa Herbert as Human Resources Director.
Herbert brings more than 15 years of human resources experience, working with prominent high growth companies. She will help ClearOne Advantage with talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and training and development, as the company continues to aggressively hire in Baltimore, MD and Phoenix, AZ.

Previously, Herbert held senior human resources roles for several large companies including, Booz Allen Hamilton and Paragon Bioservices, Inc.
