Community-focused Client Advocate Possesses Depth of Experience in Disability Benefits Law

The Montgomery County-based law firm of Andalman& Flynn, PC is pleased to announce the addition of George A. Zokle to its growing disability benefits law practice. Mr. Zokle will focus on disability retirement for federal employees, long- and short-term disability insurance claims, and disability retirement for Maryland state employees.

Mr. Zokle’s litigation experience will be a valuable asset to Andalman & Flynn. He is active in local politics and has served as Legal Representative to the Montgomery County Mental Health Board, as well as the Montgomery County Children’s Panel. Mr. Zokle’s passion for improving the legal community is reflected in his serving for three years as an Adjunct Moot Court Coach for the University of Maryland, Frances King Carey School of Law.

A member of the Maryland Bar, Mr. Zokle focuses his practice on disability law, with an emphasis on disability benefits, including: Federal employee and postal worker claims for FERS disability retirement; Employee claims for long term disability (LTD), Disability Income (DI), short term disability (STD) insurance including ERISA litigation, and other employee benefits; State of Maryland Disability retirement claims; and Social Security Disability benefit claims. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2010, his M.A. in American Government from Johns Hopkins University in 2007,and he graduated magna cum laude from Youngstown State University in 2002 with a B.A. in Political Science.
