Bandura Cyber is integrating its Threat Intelligence Gateway technology with a network security product from Silicon Valley–based Gigamon that’s designed to block threats before they reach firewalls.
Bandura Cyber, which has 25 employees between offices in Columbia and St. Louis, Mo., developed its product in part with the U.S. Department of Defense to make use of threat intelligence. It can pick up on millions of different threat indicators, and protect against those potential attacks.
According to Bandura chief strategy officer Todd Weller, Gigamon acts as a “central hub” that delivers data to security tools that can help protect a network. “Using the hub reduces the burden of having multiple tools plugging directly into your network,” he said.
