Eventbrite has priced its IPO at 10 million shares at $23 each, according to a Sept. 20 SEC filing. This is up from its original $19 to $21 price range that it increased to $21 to $23 on Tuesday, Sept. 18.
Eventbrite, which provides an online ticketing platform, expects to trade on the NYSE under the ticker “EB.” After the IPO, Tiger Global will own 20.9 percent of voting power, while Sequoia Capital will have 20 percent and T. Rowe Price will have 6.8 percent, the regulatory filing said.
