Alexandra Shearer

Lee & Associates Maryland, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm has announced the appointment of Alexandra Shearer as Research Associate. She recently graduated from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute Pamplin College of Business with a degree in Finance.

In her new role, Ms. Shearer will support the day-to-day leasing and sales activities of the Lee & Associates brokerage team with market-critical information including property comparable analysis reports, area demographics data and related sales and leasing information. She will also manage and build the company database of properties, assist in the identification of trends and play in a role in the completion of request for proposals.
