The transaction was brokered by Justin Verner, Senior Advisor and leader of SVN REALSITE’s Multifamily Practice, and Brooks Healy, SVN REALSITE Advisor. SVN served as the exclusive advisor and agent for JW Humbert Inc in the disposition.
