The 2017 NFL Scouting Combine begins Feb. 28 and free agency starts March 9, which means the NFL Draft is right around the corner (well, about two months away). We are into the home stretch, as draft boards get made and evaluations get finalized.
Here's a look at the Baltimore Ravens' top needs, and three players the team could target at those positions with the No. 16 pick.
It appers the Ravens' top needs are at wide receiver, cornerback and edge rusher (outside linebacker or defensive end). This seems pretty cut and dry, but if the Ravens cut Lardarius Webb, then safety would make sense, too. The team's top two free agents are offensive tackle Rick Wagner and defensive tackle Brandon Williams, and both could look for bigger paydays than the team seems to be able to afford. If both moved on, the Ravens then have a hole at right tackle, and even though interior defensive line seems like a strength, the team could also lose defensive end Lawrence Guy to free agency, thinning that unit even more.
