The Ravens' home venue isn't even two decades old, but it has already seen a lot of changes.
The stadium has had four names, four different seating capacities and has switched from a grass playing field to synthetic turf and back again.
But since it opened in 1998, not much had been done with regard to overall fan comfort and game-day experience until the Maryland Board of Public Works and Maryland Stadium Authority came to terms on a $144 million improvement plan, which was formally announced Jan. 31.
The Ravens are contributing $120 million to the project, with the balance coming from the MSA.
