Konrad Reuland, a former Ravens tight end who worked his way up from the practice squad to the active roster last year, died of a brain aneurysm Dec. 12.
Reuland, the fifth member of the Ravens family to die in 2016, was 29 years old.
On Nov. 28, Reuland was admitted to the UCLA Medical Center's intensive care unit with the aneurysm, undergoing surgery the following day.
Reuland, a Mission Viejo, Calif., native, attended Stanford -- playing for then-head coach Jim Harbaugh -- but went undrafted before signing with the San Francisco 49ers as a college rookie free agent in 2011, where he again got to work with Harbaugh, brother of Ravens head coach John Harbaugh.
