Without further adieu, let's move on to the grand finale of the 2016 Orioles roster review. So far, this series has profiled the short-term Orioles, the replaceable position players, the replaceable pitchers and the solid contributors. Finally, it's time to count down the nine best Orioles of the 2016 season.

The All-Star Setup Man

RHP Brad Brach: Brach enjoyed a breakout season in 2016, setting new career highs in nearly every category, including ERA (2.05), WHIP (1.038) and strikeouts per nine (10.5), while picking up 10 victories in relief. Brach ably filled the Orioles' eighth-inning role after injuries to setup man Darren O'Day, and the baseball world took notice, with Brach earning a place on the American League All-Star team. Brach's 79 innings of work might have caught up with him during the second half, when he struggled to a 3.94 ERA after a 0.91 first-half mark, but it didn't diminish his outstanding year.
