Here are my power rankings for Week Seven of the NFL season.
1. Minnesota Vikings (5-0 overall record, No. 1 ranking last week)
A bye week for our No. 1 team? That means fun facts! Did you know Minneapolis has a "Twinkie Law" on the books? From the New York Post: "...a Minneapolis City Council candidate got into hot water after doling out too many Twinkies. Apparently, the politician tried to curry favor with a group of elderly voters in 1985 by serving up a $34.13 cornucopia of refreshments, including Twinkies. The sweet-toothed pol was indicted by a grand jury for his troubles. Even though the charges didn't stick, the candidate lost the election but helped make history because soon afterwards Minnesota passed a campaign finance law called, you guessed it, 'the Twinkie law.'"
