Most days, at exactly 8:55 a.m., Marty Mornhinweg stops by the media room to get himself a cup of coffee.
The new Ravens offensive coordinator is down-to-earth enough to engage in chats about life and football with whoever is around, but he is also focused enough to say, "I have a meeting to get to," when the time comes to depart.
It has taken more than a few cups of coffee for people like Mornhinweg to succeed in what is an intense, grinding business.
The 54-year-old has been a position coach and coordinator at five different collegiate jobs and a NFL head coach (Detroit Lions, 2001-02) at one of his six professional stops.
