Bellew has rejoined the firm as counsel in its business, corporate, and tax, real estate, and estates and trusts departments, after serving as associate general counsel to a Fortune 500 company subsidiary for the past nine years.

Mr. Bellew focuses his practice on general corporate, tax,and real estate law. Heprovides businesses in diverse industries with support and advice on a variety of business and commercial issues and transactions. His experience includes handling, for a Fortune 100 financial services organization, leases for company-owned investments in real property in the mid-Atlantic region. He has also served as outside general counsel for small and medium size enterprises.

Mr. Bellew is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Before joining Tydings & Rosenberg LLP in 1994, Mr. Bellew was a tax manager with the Baltimore office of the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young.
