Shana Harris
Shana Harris, COO of Warschawski, a full service branding, marketing, public relations, advertising and interactive agency, will speak at the 2016 Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) Maryland Conference on June 14th at Loyola University in Baltimore, MD.
Shana’s presentation, Creating an Award-Winning Corporate Culture That Reinforces Your Brand, focuses on the important role brand plays in shaping the success of an organization from the inside, out. There is a misconception that “branding” is something done externally, but Shana will focus on how brand needs to live internally first and be embraced throughout the entire company.
Some of the most successful brands spend a significant amount of time, money and energy reinforcing their brand internally. This is done through ongoing education, employee programs and inviting employees to live the brand. Having a strong brand that employees rally around improves morale, retention and ultimately helps to improve a company’s bottom line.
“This is one of my favorite topics to discuss because I have seen first-hand how companies grow and accomplish their goals when they focus on clarifying and reinforcing their brand internally,” commented Shana Harris, COO at Warschawski. “Many companies overlook the importance of internal branding and solely focus on external efforts. We’ve helped many companies realize the benefits of creating strong cultures that contribute to real business results, and I’m looking forward to sharing my insight and experience with conference attendees.”
